Michael Jackson 'TRIBUTE' (sibling option)
Monday 2nd November
£30.00
For myself, this workshop in particular, is going to be extremely special. I began working on this tribute way back in August 2009, just a couple of months after Michael Jackson passed on. I new I wanted to create a 'Tribute' to the artist who inspired me not only as a dancer, but as a choreographer, a teacher, and a human being.
This was also the last routine I performed on stage as a dancer and as a principal Choreographer back in October 2014. So it seems fitting, that 12 years on, It is the first piece of choreography that I teach to a brand new group of children, to light that fire back in my belly!
Anyway, enough of that!.. Lets talk about what the children will be learning!
This 'MICHAEL TRIBUTE' features a selection of his most iconic musical hits, paired with the choreography that helped transform his music into stories that have stood the test of time, and shall continue to inspire for generations to come.
The tribute includes 'They Don't Care About Us', 'Beat It', 'I Want You Back', 'Scream', 'Man In The Mirror', 'Jam' & 'Smooth Criminal'.
This is a workshop your chid will not forget!
