Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you deliver too?
Daily deliveries are made in and around Godstone, Surrey and its surrounding areas. I do however made special deliveries upon request, but these can not be ordered online. I also take wedding booking from further afield, if my services are requested.
How much notice do you need to make a bouquet and deliver it?
All floral arrangements available for purchase from my online shop can be made for collection or local delivery within as little as 48 hours. However, If you require your flowers sooner, you can telephone the number on the website, and I will do my best to assist you.
Can you create flowers in a specific image or style?
Yes, absolutely. I have created many floral arrangements for customers who have sent me images or told me their specific requirements, and all of them were extremely satisfied with their purchases. As long as I am given enough time to research and source specific floral items, I am more than happy to create your specified order requirements.
Do you cater for low budget weddings?
I do of course cater for weddings of a smaller budget. I believe most florists are able too, however the customer does need to understand some of the fundamentals of this request. As an examle; an ivory rose for a low budget wedding can be very different from an ivory rose at a high end budget wedding. Their size, longevity, fragrance and style will be very different. All of this would be talked through over our first consultation. But yes. I do cater for low budget weddings.
How long have you been a florist?
I began teaching myself about floral design in 2005, and had my first wedding booking in 2006. Over the next 15 years, I researched, trained and practiced my craft, perfecting my style, and understanding the elements and principals of floral design. Believe it or not, there is an aweful lot to know and understand about flowers. But I also know that you dont need to have all the qualifications to become a florist. You just need to have an eye for design, and be creative. The rest can be learned along the way.
